Exchange and return policy for food products


At our store, we respect your rights as a consumer and strive to provide high-quality products while fully adhering to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


1. Cases in which exchange or return are permitted: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and unopened or tampered with. If there was an error in the order, or the product arrived damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing. 2. Products that cannot be exchanged or returned: Food products that have been opened or used in any way. Natural honey of all kinds. Cold-pressed oil products (such as sesame oil, black seed oil, etc.). Ground products such as coffee, cardamom, herbs, etc. Products that were damaged due to improper storage after receipt by the customer. 3. Mechanism for requesting a return or exchange: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Attach clear photos of the product, the invoice, and an explanation of the reason for the request. The case will be reviewed within 1-2 business days, and a response will be received with approval or rejection according to the store's policy. 4. Shipping and Costs: The store bears the shipping costs if the error is ours. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping costs for the return or exchange. 5. Duration: If the return or exchange is approved, the process will be completed within 3 to 7 business days depending on the customer’s location and shipping company.
